Originally released in 2011 as a tape, "Als die Nacht anbrach" cascades through five tracks of depression and suffering reflecting sole member's Nocturnus dismal view of the world. The CD version expands the tape layout with the track lyrics and adds new cover art. Also included is a bonus track which was originally released as part of the "Lieder von Lieb' und Leid" compilation. Varganocte is the listening choice for a lonely shrinking world.
