The fourth full-length album by legendary noise rock band Unsane is noted for its abrasive, heavy sound, combining elements of punk, metal and indus- trial music, highlighting the intense urban commentary typical of the band’s work. Reflecting back on the 1998 release, “Occupational Hazard” is a high mark in pre-millennial sub-mainstream rock culture which would gain a wider audience when the track “Committed” was featured in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater Soundtrack, making it arguably the most played Unsane song in their history.
