Outergods – Dethroned & Devoured is a crushing statement of sonic extremity, merging blackened death metal with chaotic industrial textures to create an atmosphere that's as oppressive as it is captivating. The album rips through convention with dissonant riffs, relentless drumming, and guttural vocals that sound like they're echoing from some forgotten abyss. There's an unrelenting sense of madness throughout the record, as if the band is channeling something ancient and malevolent with each track. It’s a visceral experience—dense, abrasive, and unflinchingly dark—that challenges the listener to confront a world where all order has collapsed. For fans of extreme music that pushes boundaries, Dethroned & Devoured is both a punishment and a revelation.
