The second album from Nimetön Hauta explores a more dreary, cold and somber state of Finland rather than the more upbeat and folk infused nature of the debut. NH continues to weave fantastic atmospheres over it's somber black metal creating soundscapes that are based in harsh realities, a theme black metal explores often and as well.
NH deviates from the debut ever so slightly. Still focused on fantastic and uniquely Finnish atmospheres NH just delves into a more somber and harsh territories, and it creates another unique album that is worthy of your time and a spot in your collection.
