Translated as “the seers of abomination“ in ancient Latin, KRISIUN was formed by brothers Moyses, Max and Alex in 1991 in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. They have released 3 full length albums and persistently played clubs and festivals throughout the world, thus quickly achieved a reputable status in the realm of Death Metal.
Ageless Venomous continues the tradition of their trauma-inducing sound that is determined to once again invoke the unadulterated power of relentless aggression in metal communities around the world. The entire album is accentuated by the rotting-throat vocals of Alex and the masterful guitar chaos of Moyses, who is greatly influenced by his knowledge of classical guitar. The limits of modern drumming are continuously tested through Max, who unquestionably possesses the same incendiary hunger that fueled the groundbreaking contributions of Slayer’s Dave Lombardo and Morbid Angel’s Pete Sandoval.
