20th Anniversary reissue of the debut album from CRONIAN. The 2006 cold, cinematic avant-garde metal masterpiece from the epic collaboration between OYSTEIN G. BRUN (Borknagar, Molested) and ANDREAS HEDLUND (Vintersorg, Otyg, Borknagar) will sweep you off to the dark nothingness of the extreme north. Mastered by DAN SWANO (Evergrey, Katatonia, Edge of Sanity). Available for the first time on limited edition (300 copies) Iceolated Existence colored vinyl, featuring a 4-panel insert with new liner notes from OYSTEIN G. BRUN.
The album began a cooperative relationship exploring familiar and unfamiliar music apart from the confines of their main band BORKNAGAR. Influenced by the scenic and visual nature of their cold Scandinavian surroundings and some soundtrack influence the duo had the freedom to experiment at their new digital home studios pushing and challenging boundaries creating an avant-garde side-project beloved and respected by fans of BORKNAGAR and VINTERSORG, and similar artists like Arcturus, Ulver and Solefald.
