Finding the perfect middle ground between breakdown centric hardcore and chaotic math metal in just a short time, the band self released a full length titled “The Predators, The Prey” as Envoyer in 2011. Changing their name, but not their punishing sound, Former Lives has crafted three new tracks filled with chest bursting heaviness and intermittent beautifully sparse instrumental segues.
